Terms of Service
These Terms of Service are between you and Pepski Labs. By downloading, accessing, or using Pepski, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Important Notice: Not Medical Advice
Pepski is an educational organization, calculation, tracking, and logging tool. Pepski is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, administration instructions, or dosing instructions.
Peptides and similar substances may be regulated, restricted, or unlawful in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical or health decisions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Pepski, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These Terms form an agreement between you and Pepski Labs, operated from New Zealand.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pepski. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to agree to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To use Pepski, you may need to create an account using a supported sign-in method. You agree to:
- Provide accurate account and onboarding information
- Keep your account secure
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission
- Accept responsibility for activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, or misuse the app.
4. Educational Use Only
Pepski provides educational reference notes, calculators, calendars, logs, reminders, and personal organization features. Any calculations shown in the app are informational estimates based on values you enter.
You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying any information before relying on it
- Consulting qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions
- Understanding the legal status of any substance in your location
- Deciding whether and how to use any information outside the app
Pepski does not prescribe, recommend, supply, sell, or administer peptides or any other substances.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Pepski for unlawful purposes
- Use Pepski to encourage illegal purchase, possession, use, or distribution of any substance
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without permission
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or interfere with the app
- Circumvent subscription access controls
- Upload or enter content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Share your account credentials with another person
6. Premium, Subscriptions, and Purchases
Pepski may offer Premium access through monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, lifetime purchases, trials, or introductory offers where available.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Pepski uses RevenueCat to verify purchase status, restore purchases, and manage Premium entitlement access. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
6.1 Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Your store account will be charged according to the price, billing period, and renewal terms shown at the time of purchase.
6.2 Trials and Introductory Offers
If a free trial or introductory offer is available, the app or store purchase screen will show the relevant terms. Unless cancelled before the trial or introductory period ends, the subscription may renew as a paid subscription.
6.3 Cancellation
You can cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting your Pepski account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.
6.4 Restore Purchases
You can use Restore Purchases in the app to recover eligible entitlements after reinstalling the app, changing devices, or signing in again.
6.5 Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Pepski Labs does not directly process App Store or Google Play refunds.
6.6 Lifetime Purchases
If offered, a lifetime purchase grants Premium access for the lifetime of the Pepski app, subject to these Terms and continued operation of the app.
7. User Content and Records
You retain ownership of information you enter into Pepski, including protocols, notes, logs, schedules, weight entries, and profile information.
You grant Pepski Labs a limited permission to store, process, and display that information solely to provide the app's features, maintain your account, support subscriptions, protect app security, and comply with law.
8. Privacy
Your use of Pepski is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information is collected, used, and protected.
9. Intellectual Property
Pepski, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Pepski Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Pepski for your own personal, lawful use in accordance with these Terms.
10. App Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Pepski at any time. We aim to maintain a reliable app experience, but we do not guarantee that Pepski will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.
11. Disclaimers
Pepski is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepski Labs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
Pepski does not guarantee medical, health, legal, financial, or other outcomes from using the app.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepski Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, health outcomes, legal consequences, or reliance on app content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepski Labs' total liability for claims relating to the app or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Pepski Labs through the app in the 12 months before the claim, or NZD $100, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Pepski Labs harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of Pepski, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or information you enter into the app.
14. Termination
You may stop using Pepski at any time and may delete your account from within the app where available.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the app or other users, or used Pepski unlawfully.
Sections relating to medical disclaimers, subscriptions, intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, privacy, and governing law survive termination.
15. App Store and Google Play Terms
Pepski is distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play. Their terms may also apply to your download, purchase, subscription, refund, cancellation, and use of the app.
For Apple users, these Terms are between you and Pepski Labs, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Pepski or its content, support, maintenance, claims, or warranties except as required by applicable law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
For Google Play users, these Terms are between you and Pepski Labs, not Google. Google is not responsible for Pepski or its content, support, maintenance, claims, or warranties except as required by applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If you are located outside New Zealand, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country or region. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Last Updated date and, where appropriate, notify users in the app or through another reasonable method.
