Delete your Pepski account

If you can access Pepski, the fastest way to delete your account is inside the app: Account, then Delete Account.

Request deletion without the app

Email technaski@gmail.com from the email connected to your Pepski account with the subject line Pepski account deletion request.

Data deleted

Deletion covers account profile details, onboarding information, protocols, schedules, dose logs, weight logs, referral/account-linked records, and profile image data where stored by Pepski.

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, support, or app store billing records. Subscription billing records are handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate security review.
