Privacy Policy
Pepski Labs operates Pepski. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Pepski mobile app.
1. About Pepski
Pepski is an educational peptide calculator, tracker, calendar, and personal logging app. Pepski is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, administration instructions, or dosing instructions.
2. Information You Provide
When you create an account, complete onboarding, or use Pepski features, you may provide:

3. Information Collected Automatically
Pepski may process app activity needed to operate your account and features, including:

Pepski does not sell your personal information. Pepski does not use advertising identifiers for targeted advertising, and we do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics platforms.
Service providers may process ordinary technical information, such as IP address, device, transaction, or log data, as necessary to deliver their services, prevent fraud, maintain security, or comply with law.
4. Device Permissions
Pepski only asks for permissions when needed:

5. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create, authenticate, and maintain your account
- Save and display your protocols, logs, schedules, reminders, and weight history
- Personalise your app experience based on your preferences
- Process and verify in-app purchases and subscription entitlements
- Provide customer support and respond to privacy requests
- Maintain app security, reliability, and account integrity
- Operate referral features if you choose to use them
- Prompt for app feedback or reviews in a limited, non-intrusive way
We do not use your information for targeted advertising and we do not sell your personal information.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We use service providers necessary to operate Pepski:

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, with RevenueCat used to verify entitlement status.
Pepski does not currently use AI features. If we add AI features in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy before enabling them and explain what data, if any, is processed for those features.
7. Health-Related Information
Pepski may contain health-related records you choose to save, such as weight entries, protocols, schedules, and log notes. This information is used to provide the app's private tracking, calculation, calendar, and reminder features.
Pepski is for educational organization and calculation support only. It is not medical advice. Always verify information independently and consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
8. Subscriptions and Purchases
Pepski Premium may be available through monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, or lifetime purchases. Purchases are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat helps Pepski check whether your account has an active Premium entitlement.
If you delete your Pepski account, this does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your account information and app records for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the app, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or maintain security.
You can request deletion by using the in-app account deletion feature. When account deletion is completed, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account where technically and legally possible.
Some records may remain with third-party providers, such as Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or payment systems, where they are required for transaction records, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or subscription management.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information.
You can:
- Update account information in the app where available
- Disable notifications in the app or device settings
- Change camera or photo permissions in device settings
- Delete your account from within the app
- Contact us for privacy questions or data requests
We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days where reasonably possible.
11. Children's Privacy
Pepski is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided information to Pepski, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission where supported, authentication controls, and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. International Users
Pepski is operated from New Zealand and may be used internationally. Our service providers may process information in countries including New Zealand, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and other locations where they operate.
By using Pepski, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable privacy laws and safeguards.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Last Updated date and, where appropriate, notify users in the app or through another reasonable method.
